Returns are accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. Rugs must be shipped within 2 business days from notification of a return. Large rugs, shipping internationally, do not qualify for returns at this time. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will be refunded the cost of the rug, less shipping fees and restocking fees (as applicable, below), once the rug has been inspected.

All rugs must be returned in the condition they were received. There should be no pet hair, pet soiling, stains, or damage of any kind. The buyer will be responsible for any repairs or cleaning costs, which may exceed the price of the rug. 

United States:

There are no restocking fees for small/medium sized rugs. 

There is a $50 restocking fee for room sized (large) rugs. Rugs that fit this category, will be noted as such, in the description of the product listing. 

International:

There is a $50 restocking fee for small/medium sized rugs.

Large rugs do not qualify for international returns at this time. Rugs that fit this category, will be noted as such, in the description of the product listing.
